Who is responsible for processing my data?

For example, we use the partner WIX.com LTD (hereinafter: WIX) as the website service provider. Please note that in such cases, as the data controller, we remain responsible for the processing of your data.

In addition, data may be shared with our partners who provide services to you independently, outside of your relationship with us. For example, if you order services from our partners through us, or if you give us consent to share your data with partners, or we include partners in processing based on a legal basis.

Finally, we may share data with government authorities if required by legal obligations.

Is my data subject to automated processing?

We do not use your data for processing that involves automated decision-making.

We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected.

  • Right to rectification: You may request the correction of inaccurate personal data or the completion of incomplete data (Article 16 GDPR);

  • Right to erasure: You may request the deletion of your personal data in accordance with Article 17 GDPR;

  • Right to restriction of processing: You may request the restriction of the processing of your personal data in accordance with Article 18 GDPR;

  • Right to object: You may object to the processing of your personal data based on legitimate interest regarding specific data processing (Article 21(1) GDPR);

  • Right to data portability: You may request that the personal data concerning you, which you have provided to us, be transferred to another service provider in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format (Article 20 GDPR);

  • You may withdraw your consent at any time, and data processed based on that consent will no longer be used.
